Kait McKay
Martinsburg Unit Director
Growing up as a Girl Scout in California, Kait loved the creativity and camaraderie of youth development programs. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Child Studies from Santa Clara University and with seven years of experience working for the YMCA, Kait reached out to the Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle when she moved to West Virginia, and she was a great fit for the team. She began working for the club in 2019.
In addition to overseeing all the daily activities at the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Club, Kait serves as the Director of Camp Mariposa.
Kait is the mother of two canine children: Aspen and Benny.
