Registration for our afterschool program is open and ongoing: Register Here.
The registration process is the the same for students participating in Project Learn (on school site afterschool academic enrichment before coming to the club)
Cost: The cost is $15.00 per child per month. Financial assistance can be applied for and is based on income. Please ask a staff for a financial aid application if you need assistance. Sibling discounts are also offered. Per Boys & Girls Club policy, no member is denied the opportunity to participate in regular club programming based on the inability to pay.
Who: Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan County youth ages 6 - 18 can attend.
What: We provide fun, hands - on activities to address our five focus areas: education and career; character and leadership; health and life skills; the arts; and sports, fitness, and recreation.
When: Afterschool hours during the school year. When schools are closed, so are we.
Where: Afterschool programs are offered at our clubs in Martinsburg, Charles Town and Berkeley Springs.

The Club reserves the right to change its hours and day of operation based on need and/or economic circumstances. If such changes occur, every effort will be made to notify parents/guardians in advance. Also, there may be days when it is necessary to close the Club due to unforeseen circumstances, like emergency repairs, inclement weather, etc.
